Virtuoso Design + Build and Infuz Architects, Ltd created conceptual plans for 40-acres of hotel and entertainment, residential and other mixed-use buildings along the St. Clair River. The study was commissioned by the St. Clair County EDA, City of Port Huron and Acheson Ventures. A Times Herald article calls the concepts a "new tool to show developers interested in the Desmond Landing property" what it could be.
