Our Perspective
Infuz Architects is a collaborative studio that interprets its craft as the creation of ‘functional art’. As a creative and technical vehicle for its clients and communities, we are passionate designers striving to deliver diverse, innovative solutions. For over 25 years our team has skillfully merged the artistic shaping of structures with our knowledge of technology, sustainability, and construction. With a broad portfolio, our focus is on mixed-use, varied commercial project types and amazing custom homes. Our services also include construction management, administration, and sustainable solutions for a comprehensive experience from start to finish.
Understanding that commercial projects are a lot about ‘business’, we feel design can directly contribute to success. Implementing core principles that test market opportunities, programming, revenue streams, staffing, and more to assist in early ROI determination. We support clients at the outset navigating municipal and civic hurdles, funding incentives, master planning, feasibility, and yield studies through construction. Project sizes range from small start-ups to multi-story buildings to large scale tract developments.
Our passion for design always keeps us active in custom home creation. The inception of residential work is a very personal design experience as it is a complex reflection of the owner. Listening to client needs and desires, we act as a vehicle to bring their vision to fruition. Working ‘with’ clients to establish a program and design path, we develop an idiosyncratic design that fits their specific needs and personalities. No preconceived ideas based on our specialty, we instead use our skills and versatility to create a wide range of incredible architectural styles... 'for our clients'.
