The Economic Development Alliance (EDA) released a request for proposals for professional services for the design and bidding of a proposed new construction office building in Port Huron. Infuz Architects produced design concepts to illustrate the EDA's design direction for the project. The proposed facility will be between 10,000 and 14,000 square feet in size, three stories tall, situated on 1.2 acres of land. The building will be programmed with offices, The Underground business incubator, and a business service center that can be used for training and events.
