The Weber Apartments - Piety Hill, Detroit
A rehabilitation project in Detroit's Piety Hill neighborhood restored a vacant 1920s apartment building into a four-story, 44-unit multifamily housing complex. The restoration project focused on modernizing units to today’s needs while maintaining the historic features of the units. This project was possible due to funding from the Detroit Housing for the Future Fund. 38 units are reserved for households earning 80% or less of the area median income (AMI), with another six units at 50% of AMI. The apartments are currently at full capacity.
