Located in the heart of downtown Port Huron, Michigan, The Wrigley Center is a dynamic mixed-use development that seamlessly connects the vibrant downtown area with the St. Clair and Black Rivers. This innovative project utilizes podium construction techniques to create a modern, sustainable space that enhances the community.

The Wrigley Center features 36 high-quality wood-framed apartments above a lively retail and entertainment hub. The ground floor hosts a diverse range of amenities, including a food service hall, retail vendors, event space, a live music venue, and a rock climbing wall. The project also boasts a rooftop deck, golf simulators, and an all-ages arcade, making it a premier destination for residents and visitors alike.

Designed by Infuz Architects and developed by Landmark Development, The Wrigley Center is a prime example of how thoughtful architecture can revitalize a city’s downtown while fostering community engagement and providing unique, accessible entertainment options.​
