A restaurant + market concept dedicated to bringing high quality pantry items from the Alpine Mountains to Detroit. This unique approach in F&B design allows revenue generation all day with the expansion of space and services into three separate areas. A coffee bar/bakery/market at the main entrance serves early day and beyond. The middle cafe space allows for lunch and dinner expansion. The rear space allows for evening and late night with an upscale dining experience and wine bar. The interiors reflect a branded design and create a comfortable environment with great food.
