Our team provided full architectural services, from predesign through construction administration, for the renovation of approximately 12,000 square feet of office space and 50,000 square feet of shop and warehouse space. The office renovation involved a complete transformation of the existing layout to include a welcoming public lobby, modern offices and meeting rooms, essential support functions, and a spacious communal café with a seminar area.

To reinforce SABA’s brand identity, we designed custom finishes and architectural details throughout the facility. In the shop and warehouse area, we developed a state-of-the-art technical training room featuring bespoke branding and durable finishes to support industrial operations. Our design approach enhanced functionality, improved workflow, and created a cohesive, branded environment across the entire facility.
