M1 Concourse is a community of car condos created for the ultimate car enthusiast. The M1 Motorsports Club provides condo owners with access to track and social events. With 24/7 access, the condos act as both car storage + workshop and entertainment space. This design leans heavily into the industrial Detroit's industrial roots but steers away from the typical ‘car garage’ concepts. Instead, we conveyed a more refined design where the vehicle energy lives in a comfortable, upscale space.
